The present invention relates to a biological information measuring device and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a structure of an electrode array which is in contact with a body for the measurement of biological information and a signal processing method which improves a noise characteristic using the same. Provided is a biological information measuring device comprising: an electrode array including a measuring electrode capable of measuring electric potential related to biological information, and multiple standard electrodes which provide standard voltage related to the measuring electrode； a section unit which selects a first standard electrode in which a signal to noise ratio is more than or equal to a threshold value between the standard electrodes and the measuring electrode； and a determination unit which determines the biological information by comparing the electric potential measured by the measuring electrode with electric potential of the first standard electrode.생체 정보에 연관되는 전위를 측정하는 측정 전극 및 상기 측정 전극에 연관되는 기준 전압을 제공하는 복수 개의 기준 전극을 포함하는 전극 어레이； 상기 복수 개의 기준 전극 중 상기 측정 전극과의 사이에서 신호대 잡음비가 임계치 이상인 제1 기준 전극을 선택하는 선택부； 및 상기 측정 전극의 측정 전위를 상기 제1 기준 전극 전위와 비교하여 상기 생체 정보를 결정하는 결정부를 포함하는 생체 정보 측정 장치가 제공된다.
