PURPOSE: A cucumber flesh separating device is provided to separate and discharge the outer skin and seeds of cucumber quickly and accurately by cutting into certain length and tap of both ends.CONSTITUTION: An elastic ring(103) is coiled on the outside of an elastically disposed holder(1). An inclined surface of one cut end is attached to a floor part(9) and a slope adhered surface of a fixed pan head(901), and the other cut end is attached to the slope adhered surface of a support ring(2). A coil spring is installed between the support ring and a cucumber inserting port(3). A cucumber inserting rod(4) moves forward and backward by the pressure of a cylinder(S1). An inner seed removal pipe(6) which is entered to the center of cucumber is installed on the end of a rod(5) moving forward and backward by pressure of another cylinder(S2). A perforation part(601) of the inner seed removal pipe is formed to connect to an outlet of an inner seed discharging part(501) to form the lower part of the rod(5). A flesh separating pipe(7) with a hollow unit(701) which the cucumber is inserted includes a bonding projection part on one side. After inserting the bonding projection part to the bonding groove part of an outer skin removal ring(705), a fixed ring on the screw part is combined to another screw part to fix the outer skin removal ring with the bonding projection part. A hanging sill(701a) is formed at inside of the hollow unit, and a flesh discharging part(704) is formed toward the lower part to discharge inner seed removed cucumber flesh to downward. The end of the inner seed removal pipe forms a sharp blade.
