PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant holder for hydroponic cultivation, which can be used for hydroponic cultivation, the plant holder being capable of increasing the interval between seedlings with the growth of the seedlings and fixing the seedlings so as to prevent the interval between the seedlings from varying.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a plant holder for hydroponic cultivation comprises: a plurality of seedling-holding members 10, 11 provided with a plurality of seedling-holding portions 20 and an interval-holding member 12 for holding the interval between the seedling holding members 20. The seedling-holding members 10, 11 are formed in a planar shape with an uneven portion on at least one side thereof. The seedling-holding portions 20 are formed on convex portions 18 of the seedling-holding members 10, 11.
