PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a measurement method which enables a measurement member to be easily attached to a subject and does not require movement of the subject to be restricted.SOLUTION: A target LED 150 which is imaged by a camera 120 is fixed to a lower jaw part of the head of a subject 300 or to an incisor of the subject 300 using a target LED fixing metal fitting 160.
