PURPOSE: A drosophila alzheimer's disease model mutant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain mutant having a strong expression type. CONSTITUTION: A drosophila alzheimer's disease model mutant comprises a A&beta；42M35F1 gene overexpression mutation and a CG4604 gene suppression mutation. The mutant is manufactured from a Gal4-responsive pUAST expression vector. The A&beta；42M35F1 gene overexpression mutation produces M35F1. In the M35F1, phenylalanine is substituted for methionine. In the A&beta；42M35F1, gene is overexpressed by a UAS-Gal4 system.본 발명은 초파리 알츠하이머 질병(Alzheimer's disease) 모델 돌연변이체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 Aβ42 펩티드 과발현과 ApoD 단백질 발현이 억제된 초파리 이중돌연변이체 및 상기 돌연변이체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 초파리 이중돌연변이체는 강한 표현형을 나타내므로, 치매 치료제를 포함하는 뇌신경질환 치료제를 빠르고 효과적으로 스크리닝할 수 있는 도구로 사용될 수 있고, 향후 개발될 뇌 질환 약품의 성능과 부작용 등을 테스트해 볼 수 있는 전임상 테스트에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이며, 돌연변이를 이용한 초파리 유전자 기능 연구 뿐 아니라 사람의 유전자 돌연변이에 대한 기능 연구 및 새로운 기능성 유전자의 발견과 정신시체 질환 연구에 있어서 매우 중요한 동물 모델로서 이용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
