Hemodynamic monitoring systems and methods are disclosed including a device comprising a first sensor configured to measure a velocity of blood flow in an adjacently-located portion of a superior vena cava of a mammalian patient using ultrasound waves； a second sensor configured to measure respiratory cycle data of the mammalian patient； and a computer configured to process the measured velocity of blood flow and the measured respiratory cycle data to provide hemodynamic parameters corresponding to the mammalian patient.La présente invention concerne des systèmes de surveillance hémodynamique et des procédés comprenant un dispositif comportant : un premier capteur conçu pour mesurer, à l'aide d'ondes à ultrasons, une vitesse et un débit sanguin dans une partie de la veine cave supérieure positionnée de manière adjacente, d'un patient mammifère； un second capteur conçu pour mesurer les données du cycle respiratoire du patient mammifère； et un ordinateur conçu pour traiter la vitesse mesurée du débit sanguin et les données du cycle respiratoire mesurées afin de fournir des paramètres hémodynamiques correspondant au patient mammifère.
