PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a layer boundary designated by an examiner of layer boundaries of an object to be examined when the examiner (user) manually changes a position of information indicating layer boundaries.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic examination apparatus 100 includes acquisition means for acquiring a tomographic image of an object to be examined, display control means for causing display means to display the tomographic image and information indicating a layer boundary in the tomographic image, and adjustment means for adjusting contrast of the tomographic image so that a brightness difference in a region of the tomographic image corresponding to information indicating a designated layer boundary becomes greater when information indicating an arbitrary layer boundary is designated from the information indicating the layer boundary displayed in the display means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
