A group of inventions is related to emergency medicine. The first design version of a medical bag consists of a case with two shoulder straps and two handles. It is made as a cover with light-reflecting tapes put on a roll cage. The upper and lower parts of a front wall of the case are made as folding pouches connected by restraining straps with zippers and multiple pockets. Two pockets are placed on the rear wall of the case. Inside the case there are two fly-out front leaves with detachable panels, with sets of pockets and textile and elastic locks, a horizontal partition, a clamp assembly for fastening a controlled ALV device in two design versions as well as a hooked bracket for a foot aspirator. In its second design version a medical bag contains a case with two shoulder straps and the third detachable shoulder strap and a handle. It is made as a cover put on a roll cage with a flipping back pouch and two tightening restraining straps. The upper part of the front wall in the case tilts forward and has soft folding ties on the sides. Inside the case there are a vertical longitudinal partition with the first kit of pockets and the second kit of pockets placed on the front wall, a transverse partition, a pull-out strap, kits of elastic fastening units and rigid containers (tubes) for unit-dose syringes. The said inventions are aimed at increasing the reliability and ease of use of a medical bag and enlarging its useful capacity. Together with the provision for higher rigid design of the bag case the reliable air and leak tightness of medical equipment is achieved as well as the possibility for quick full or partial deployment of required means in case of emergency in peace and in war time.Группа изобретений относится к медицине экстремальных ситуаций.
