The present invention relates to a composition for cartilaginous tissue repair and a production method thereof. To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving freeze-dried fibrinogen in an aprotinin solution (b) dissolving freeze-dried thrombin in a stabilizing solution (c) mixing an enriched collagen solution with thrombin and the stabilizing solution and installing the fibrinogen solution (a) to one side of a dual kit and the solution (c) containing the collagen to the other side, and then mixing (a) and (c), and injecting into damaged cartilaginous tissue. The present invention provides effective regeneration of damaged cartilaginous tissue by a transplantable form composed of biomaterials such as collagen and fibrinogen, and this method reduces burden of surgery, and rapid and effective regeneration and restoration of cartilage defect region is induced. The present invention provides improved quality and reliability of the product that imparts good image to the patients.【課題】軟骨組織修復用組成物及びその製造方法の提供。【構成】(a)凍結乾燥したフィブリノーゲンをアプロチニン溶液で溶解する段階と、(b)凍結乾燥したトロンビンを安定化溶液で溶解させる段階と、(c)濃縮されたコラーゲン溶液並びにトロンビン及び安定化溶液を混合する段階と、及び欠損した軟骨組織に混合して入れ込む前に、デュアルシリンジキットの一側には前記(a)のフィブリノーゲン溶液を、そして、他側には前記(c)のコラーゲンが含有された溶液を充填する段階と、が含まれる。本発明は、生体適合物質であるコラーゲンとフィブリンなどを混合して、欠損した軟骨組織に移植可能な形態で組織修復をはかって再生を効果的に誘導するので、人間や動物に手術に伴う負担を軽減しながら、より早くて効果的に軟骨修復及び再生を誘導するようにしたものであり、これにより製品の品質と信頼性を大幅に向上させて、患者が満足することができるようにした。【選択図】図1
