The present invention provides a novel ergostenol glycoside derivative. The ergostenol and the glycoside derivative thereof according to the present invention suppresses the production of chemokines increasing according to the skin inflammation stimulation and inhibits the activity of transcriptional factors controlling the expression of various inflammation mediators in the prevention and treatment of dermatitis, and thus can be favorably used as an agent for preventing and treating dermatitis or as a cosmetic material for alleviating atopy.La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé glycoside dergostérol. Lergosténol et son dérivé glycoside selon la présente invention suppriment la production des chimiokines qui augmente en fonction de la stimulation de linflammation cutanée et inhibent lactivité des facteurs de transcription qui régulent lexpression de divers médiateurs dinflammation pour prévenir et traiter la dermatite, et peuvent par conséquent être avantageusement utilisés à titre dagents de prévention et de traitement de la dermatite ou de substances cosmétiques pour soulager latopie.본 발명은 신규 에르고스텐올 글리코시드 유도체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 에르고스텐올 및 이의 글리코시드 유도체는 피부염 예방 및 치료에 있어서, 피부 염증 자극에 따라 증가하는 케모카인의 생성을 억제하고 다양한 염증 매개체의 발현을 조절하는 전사인자들의 활성을 억제하여 피부염 예방 및 치료제 내지 아토피 개선 화장품 소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
