The wheelchair body includes a seat structure and two wheel sets. The two wheel sets are disposed on both sides of the seat structure. Each wheel set includes armrest frame and a wheel. The wheel is disposed on outside of the armrest frame, and the armrest frame has a first slide rail and a second slide rail. The seat portion is disposed on the seat structure, and is disposed with a pivoting set. The pivoting set includes a first pivot and a second pivot. The first pivot and the second pivot are respectively disposed on the first slide rail and the second slide rail to form reclining structure.
