PURPOSE: A roasted chestnut producing apparatus is provided to obtain roasted chestnuts with uniform quality regardless of the proficiency of users by automatically controlling the internal pressure of a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A roasted chestnut producing apparatus comprises the following: an opening/closing member(20) including an inlet/outlet for inserting and discharging uncooked chestnuts and roasted chestnut； a lower housing(50) for mounting a sealing member, a driving member, and a heating member； an upper housing(60) combining with the lower housing； a supporting member supporting the lower housing； a motor(80) offering the torque to the driving member； an interlocking unit(14) offering the rotation motion of the sealing member； a pressure gauge(32) displaying the internal pressure inside the sealing member； a pressure controller(34) for controlling the internal pressure of the sealing member； first and second gears(36,38) for rotating a driving shaft； and a chain(37) connecting the first and second gears.본 발명은 군밤 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 생밤이 수용되는 밀폐부재와； 상기 밀폐부재의 일단부에 결합되어 생밤 또는 군밤이 투입 또는 인출되기 위한 입출구를 제공하는 개폐부재와； 상기 밀폐부재의 타단부에 결합되어 상기 밀폐부재를 회전시키는 구동부재와； 상기 밀폐부재의 하부에 배치되어 상기 밀폐부재를 가열시키기 위한 가열부재와； 상기 밀폐부재와 구동부재와 가열부재가 안착되는 하부하우징과； 상기 밀폐부재의 상부에 배치되어 상기 하부하우징과 결합되는 상부하우징과； 상기 하부하우징을 지지하는 지지부재와； 상기 하부하우징의 일측에 설치되어 상기 구동부재에 회전력을 제공하는 모터；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 의해, 생밤이 수용되는 밀폐부재를 가열과 동시에 회전시키고, 밀폐부재 내부의 압력을 자동적으로 조절함으로써, 작업자의 숙련도에 관계없이 균등한 품질의 군밤을 용이하게 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 생밤이 수용되는 밀폐부재를 가열과 동시에 연속적으로 회전시킴으로써, 밀폐부재 내부에서 밤이 눌러붙거나 타는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 측면을 기준으로 밀폐부재의 각도를 조절 가능하게 구현함으로써, 군밤의 제조, 생밤의 투입, 군밤의 인출이 용이하게 구현되어 작업의 용이성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
