The invention relates to a process for manufacturing multi-structure medical implants made of metallic and biocomposite structures, customized for each patient, the so manufactured implants being suitable for prosthetics in any zone of human osseus system. According to the invention, the process comprises an imaging scanning of the zone in which the implant is to be placed, such as CT or MRI, image processing and modelling of the zone of interest, designing the 3D model of the implant with a supporting structure (reinforcement) made of a material with high mechanical resistance and a biocomposite material completing the anatomical shape of the implant, forming the bearing structure of biometallic materials using a selective laser melting process SLM, making a silicone rubber mould by vacuum casting VC, to give the final shape of the implant using the master model manufactured by selective laser sintering technology SLS, followed by putting the bearing structure into the mould and casting the biocomposite material, using a suitable process, the supporting structure supports needed for positioning it within the rubber mould, which are integral with the reinforcement, being made of the same biomaterial, by the selective laser melting process SLM.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de fabricaţie a implanturilor medicale multistructurale, alcătuite din structuri metalice şi biocompozite, personalizate pentru fiecare pacient în parte, implanturile astfel realizate putând proteza orice zonă a sistemului osos uman. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă într-o investigare imagistică tip CT sau RMN a zonei unde urmează să fie plasat implantul, prelucrarea imaginilor şi modelarea zonei de interes, proiectarea modelului 3D al implantului cu o structură de rezistenţă (armătură) realizată dintr-un material cu rezistenţă mecanică superioară, şi un material biocompozit care completează forma anatomică a implantului, formarea structurii de rezistenţă din materiale biometalice, utilizând
