The present invention comprises: a left mold (21) and right mold (31) arranged upon a support device (3); a die-closing device (5) having first actuators (27, 37) that mutually separate and bring closer the left and right molds; and a control device (7) that controls the driving of the support device (3) and the die-closing device (5). The left and right molds comprise first molds (23, 33), respectively. The first mold in the left mold and/or the first mold in the right mold comprises a mold cavity (23a, 33a). The left mold and/or the right mold comprise: movable molds (25, 35) capable of moving inside the first molds; and second actuators (29, 39) that approach or separate from the first molds facing the movable molds. The control device (7) drives the first actuators, brings the left mold and the right mold closer to each other, and forms an internal space (12a) surrounded by the left mold, the right mold, and the support device, then drives the second actuators, causes same to approach the first molds facing the movable molds, and reduces the internal space.
