India contributes 80% share of turmeric in the world. After cultivation of turmeric fingers it is necessary to process these wet turmeric fingers so that it can be converted in to turmeric powder. Today this whole work of processing is carried out manually. This traditional method needs a large time & manpower which result Low profit, excessive time, excessive man power. In proposed technology this process is atomized using mechatronics.
