PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool attachment capable of disposing an opening at a proper position relative to an affected part.SOLUTION: A treatment tool attachment 2 is provided with: a securing portion 3 to be secured to a treatment tool including a radiating portion for radiating light toward the outside； a tubular portion 4 which is disposed in such a way as to protrude from the radiating portion and through the inside of which the light radiated from the radiating portion passes； and an opening 52 which is disposed inside the tubular portion 4 and through which the light radiated from the radiating portion passes.
