PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control one drop amount of a pharmaceutical composition that contains dorzolamide or a salt thereof and timolol or a salt thereof, and does not contain benzalkonium chloride.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, one drop amount of a pharmaceutical composition is controlled by allowing a pharmaceutical composition, which contains dorzolamide or a salt thereof and timolol or a salt thereof and does not contain benzalkonium chloride, to contain 0.001 to 5% (w/v) of surfactant other than benzalkonium chloride.
