The subject of the notification is a mid-bone dental implant with a single stem and a variable height and leap fin. This implant is characterized by the fact that in the middle part (4) the stem (1) has a diameter reduced to the diameter of the stem (1) in the upper part (3) and the lower part (5),and the part of the implant in the area (4) with a reduced torso diameter (1) is made of material with open porosity from 0,1% to 90% and with a por e diameter ranging from 0,3 m to 1000 m, and in addition the implant has at least two internal channels from which at least one channel (8) begins in the socket socket socket socket socket socket (7) and has an outlet (10) in the lower part of the implant and at least one channel (9) connects to a channel (8) starting in the implant's socket and has a leak (11) in the porous part (4) of the implant.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest śródkostny implant stomatologiczny posiadający lity trzon oraz lity gwint o zmiennej wysokości i skoku.
