PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tending machine having wheels for movement, capable of achieving a function as a resisting bar for generating resistance force against the tractive force of the tending machine.SOLUTION: The axle-operation type tending machine 1 is constituted by arranging a right and left pair of grounding wheels 43 and 43 at the rear part of a tillage part 9, installing a resistance-imparting means 50 for imparting the resistance to the rotation of the grounding wheels 43 and 43, and constituting a means for preventing slippage against the ground by installing linkage members 45, 45... between the grounding wheels 43 and 43 and forming spike bodies 46, 46... on the outer periphery of the grounding wheels 43 and 43, and the linkage members 45, 45....
