PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect dew condensation on fruits with more reliability in advance.SOLUTION: A prevention sensor S1 for dew condensation on fruits is provided, the sensor comprising: a simulation portion 2 that can become dew condensed prior to the dew condensation on the fruits； and sensor portions (10, 30, 32) that can detect the condition of the simulation portion 2 as to whether the simulation portion 2 has been dew condensed or in a dew condensable state. The thermal capacity of the simulation portion 2 is greater than that of the fruits, and the thermal conductivity of the simulation portion 2 is equal to or less than that of the fruits.【課題】果実の結露をより確実に事前に検出することにある。【解決手段】果実結露防止用センサＳ１が、果実の結露に先立って結露可能な模擬部２と、模擬部２が結露したか否か又は結露可能状態にあるか否かの模擬部２の状況を検出可能なセンサ部（１０，３０，３２）と有し、模擬部２の熱容量が、果実の熱容量よりも大きいとともに、模擬部２の熱伝導率が、果実の熱伝導率と同等又はそれ以下である。【選択図】図１
