The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising rosuvastatin and ezetimibe for oral administration in the form of a blend of a first component comprising rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the component is dry-granulated, a second component comprising ezetimibe or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the component is wet-granulated, and an optionally extragranular phase component, characterized in that the pharmaceutical composition does not include an alkaline agent. The invention relates also to an uncoated tablet comprising the composition, and a method of manufacturing the composition.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de la rosuvastatine et de l'ézétimibe, destinée à l'administration par voie orale sous la forme d'un mélange d'un premier composant comprenant de la rosuvastatine ou son sel de qualité pharmaceutique, le composant étant granulé à sec, un second composant comprenant de l'ézétimibe ou son sel de qualité pharmaceutique, le composant étant granulé par voie humide, et un composant en phase éventuellement extragranuleuse, caractérisée en ce que la composition pharmaceutique ne comporte pas d'agent alcalin. L'invention concerne également un comprimé non enrobé comprenant la composition, et un procédé de fabrication de la composition.
