PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice molding device having a filling hole for preventing cooked rice from being damaged in molding a lump of cooked rice with a filling.SOLUTION: A cooked rice molding device 1 includes a cooked rice loosening part 2 and a cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3 which is installed below the cooked rice loosening part 2. The cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3 has a measuring part 3a, at which pairs of rollers 3aa, 3ab, and 3ac opposite to each other across a transportation space for a lump of cooked rice RM are arranged at a plurality of levels such that the transportation space for the cooked rice lump RM is narrowed along the transportation direction of the cooked rice lump RM. In the transportation space for the cooked rice lump RM of the cooked rice molding device 1, a partition plate 5A is installed to form the cooked rice lump RM into a hollow shape during traveling in the transportation space of the measuring part 3a. In the downstream of the cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3, a filling hole forming device 17a is installed to form a filling hole GH in the cooked rice lump RM measured and divided in the cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3.
