PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical formulation containing pitavastatins, coloring agent, and additional shielding agent is ensure light stability and to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating hyperlipidemia. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains pitavastatins, coloring agent with maximum absorption wave length at 500 nm to 600 nm, and additional shielding agent. The pitavastains include pitavastatin, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ester, hydrate, solvate, or combination thereof. The coloring agent is edible synthetic coloring agent or natural coloring agent. The additional shielding agent includes talc, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, kaolite, ferric chloride, ferric oxide, or mixture thereof.본 발명은 광안정성이 향상된 피타바스타틴류, 500 nm초과 600 nm이하에서 극대 흡수 파장을 가지는 착색제, 및 추가 차광물을 함유하는 의약 제제에 관한 것으로서, 상기 의약 제제는 광안정성이 우수하여 폭광에 의한 분해를 효율적으로 억제함으로서, 안전하고 유효한 고지혈증 및 콜레스테롤 혈증 치료제로서 활용될 수 있다.
