PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinching device in which gripping sections are deformable in accordance with the shape of an object.SOLUTION: In the pinching device 10, a pair of pinching members 15, 16, in which gripping sections 11, 12 are arranged at one member and operation sections 13, 14 are arranged at the other member, are turnably connected, a small object can be gripped at the distal ends of the gripping sections 11, 12 when the distal ends abut on each other in closed states, and a large object can be gripped in the middle parts of the facing gripping sections 11, 12. The pair of gripping sections 11, 12 are respectively provided with: outer members 17, 18 and inner members 19, 20 which are elastically bendable and connected at the distal ends and a plurality of support members 21, 22 arranged with gaps between the outer members 17, 18 and the inner members 19. 20.
