A method for manufacturing an anaerobic bacteria filter for aquarium to be attached to the rear surface of a water tank according to the present invention comprises the following steps: fixing the filter shaped like a UFO to the back of the glass with a magnet； introducing water and air into the filter while the middle part of the filter rotates； enabling anaerobic bacteria to inhabit to discharge nitrate which has a low level of toxicity. Therefore, when breeding fish, it is possible to keep healthiness of the fish, and to obtain effects of improvement of a breeding environment, cost reduction and convenience of breeding by reducing inconvenience of returning water, which has been existed.본 발명에 의한 수조의 뒷면에 부착하여 사용하는 수족관용 호기성 박테리아 여과기의 제작법은 UFO의 모양처럼 생긴 여과기를 유리면 뒤에 자석으로 고정하고 가운데 필터부분이 회전을 하면서 물과 공기를 여과기 속으로 유입시켜 호기성 박테라가 서식하도록 하여 독성이 약한 질산염으로 방출하도록 하는 것이며 그로인해 어류를 사육함에 있어서 건강함을 유지시킬수 있으며 그동안 물을 환수하는 등의 불편함을 줄임으로써 사육환경의 개선과 원가절감 및 사육의 편리성등을 얻을수 있는 효과가 있다.
