PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a light emitting device in connection of optical connection bodies.SOLUTION: An endoscope comprises: a first optical connection body having a light emitting device a second optical connection body on which a light guide part 49 for guiding light emitted from the light emitting device to a predetermined position is movably disposed a first magnetic member 19 fixed to the second optical connection body and a second magnetic member 21 fixed to the light guide part 49, and maintaining the light emitting device and the light guide part 49 in a contact state by magnetic force with the first magnetic member 19 when the first optical connection body and the second optical connection body are connected.
