PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically change a conversion factor required for changing a specified unit among a plurality of units set in a system.SOLUTION: According to this method, a conversion factor is automatically set according to a change of a unit for a plurality of DBs storing chemical data containing a plurality of units and a conversion factor between at least some of the plurality of units to be associated with a chemical identifier.
