Provided is a method for calculating the position of a camera by means of an actual surgical image. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a reference object from an actual surgical image being captured by means of a camera entering into the body of a person being operated on, and setting a reference position for the camera； calculating the position variation of the camera in accordance with the movement of the camera； and calculating the current position of the camera on the basis of the position variation of the camera with respect to the reference position.Procédé de calcul de la position d'une caméra au moyen d'une image chirurgicale réelle. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir un objet de référence à partir d'une image chirurgicale réelle capturée au moyen d'une caméra entrant dans le corps d'une personne qui est opérée, et régler une position de référence par rapport à la caméra ； calculer la variation de position de la caméra conformément au déplacement de la caméra ； et calculer la position actuelle de la caméra sur la base de la variation de position de la caméra par rapport à la position de référence.실제수술영상을 이용한 카메라 위치 산출 방법이 제공된다. 상기 방법은 수술 대상자의 신체내부로 진입하는 카메라에 의해 촬영되는 실제수술영상으로부터 기준 객체를 획득하여 상기 카메라에 대한 기준 위치를 설정하는 단계, 상기 카메라가 이동함에 따라 상기 카메라의 위치 변화량을 산출하는 단계, 및 상기 기준 위치에 대한 상기 카메라의 위치 변화량을 기반으로 상기 카메라의 현재 위치를 산출하는 단계를 포함한다.
