The present invention relates to an artificial reef with a heating function. Particularly, a transparent heat insulation plate and a heat generating body, which can transmit sunlight, are installed on an upper portion of a main body in the shape of a circular or rectangular table； a hot water retention unit, which has a certain volume and contains water heated by the heating body, is formed under the heat generating body； a lower portion of the main body including a lower side of the hot water retention unit has an opening to allow fish to go in and out smoothly and to enable water to flow smoothly； and the heat generating body is operated to continuously heat water in the hot water retention unit of the artificial reef at a predetermined temperature or lower if water temperature of an aquafarm or the like decreases to a predetermined temperature or lower. Therefore, fish is prevented from being frozen to death caused by a decrease in water temperature to a predetermined temperature or lower in winter. Consequently, not only economic loss, caused by death of frozen fish, of an aquafarm owner and water contamination of an aquafarm can be prevented but also growth of fish can be promoted by providing a hideout to fish and blocking noise of a surrounding area.본 발명은 난방 기능을 갖는 인공 어초에 관한 것으로서, 특히 원형 또는 사각 테이블 형상을 갖는 본체의 상부에 투명 단열판과 햇빛이 투과될 수 있는 발열체를 설치하고, 상기 발열체의 저부에는 소정 체적을 갖고 발열체의 열에 의해 가열된 물이 가둬지는 온수 정체부를 형성하며, 상기 온수 정체부의 저면을 포함한 상기 본체의 하부는 어류가 원활히 드나들 수 있음과 동시에 물의 흐름이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 개구시킨 구성을 갖고, 양식장 등의 물 온도가 소정온도 이하로 저하될 경우 발열체를 구동시켜 인공 어초의 온수 정체부에 유입되어 있는 물을 계속 소정온도 이내로 가열시켜 줄 수 있도록 하였다.따라서, 겨울철 수중의 온도가 정해진 온도 이하로 하강함으로 인한 어류의 동사를 방지할 수 있어 동사로 인한 양식 어민의 경제적 피해는 물론 양식장의 수질오염을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 어류의 은신처 제공과 더불어 주변 소음을 차단하여 어류의 생육을 촉진시킬 수 있다.
