A novel method to noninvasively measure intracranial pressure (ICP) and moregenerallybrain elasticity is disclosed. ICP is determined using an algorithm coupled ona simulated artificialneural network (SANN) that calculates ICP based on a determination of a set ofinteracted ultrasoundsignals (IUSs) generated from multiple ultrasound pulses. The methods andsystems of the presentinvention are capable of rapidly determining ICP without manual review of EPGwaves by a technician.
