PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of ensuring a planting depth of a seedling by effectively levelling irregularities of a levee and increasing a loading capacity of a seedling tray.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a seedling planting device P planting a seedling in a seedling tray to a field a ground levelling device 4 levelling irregularities on a levee face where the seedling planting device P plants a seedling and a preliminary seedling table T loading a preliminary seedling tray with which the planting device P is replenished. The seedling transplanter may travel in a field. The ground levelling device 4 includes: a levelling roller 11 levelling irregularities on a field face at a front position of a machine body a rotation arm 12 pivotally supported by a rotation shaft 13 so as to change a support height of the levelling roller 11 and a fixing plate 14 fixing the rotation arm 12.
