PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleanly processing, storing and discarding droppings of a pet dog or the like without touching with the hand.SOLUTION: In the center of an opening 5 of a cup-shaped thin synthetic resin container 1, there is provided a rubber band 3 to which 8 kite strings 4 are attached. The 8 kite strings 4 are respectively put through from the outside into 8 holes 2 drilled in the upper part of the synthetic resin container 1 and are bundled. The string bundle is then passed through the hole of the container 6 and a hole 11 of a handle 7 which is integrally fused to the synthetic resin container 1. The bundle is further put through a hole 9 of a string-pull 8 and fixedly tied therein (10). By pulling the string-pull 8 with a finger (12), the rubber band 3 in the center of the opening 5 opens wide (14). By releasing the finger on the contrary (18), the rubber band 3 shrinks small with the resilience.
