The orthotic foot brace for a person wearing a footwear generally has: a lowerleg holdersecurable to a lower leg of the person for use, a lower leg strut connected tothe lower legholder and extending downwardly towards the footwear during use; a foot strutstructurallyconnected to the lower leg strut and having at least one side portion, eachside portionextending forwardly along a respective side of the footwear and extendingoutwardly alonga respective side of the footwear; an instep strut provided in the form of anextension of thefoot strut along a long axis of the footwear, the instep strut having a distalportionsecurable to an instep portion of the footwear, and at least a proximalportion beingslidably connected to the foot strut in a manner to allow adjusting theextension distance ofthe distal portion to a selected position.
