PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that both rigid orthosis and elastic orthosis should originally be used for the spine lesion, but it is difficult to manufacture both and cases in which the best treatment cannot be applied occur frequently.SOLUTION: The spinal orthosis (hybrid type) is applied to whole or a part of the thoraco-lumbo-sacral, comprises an orthosis foundation part which pressures the body cavity soft tissue and an attachment part, the attachment part is set to the surface of the orthosis foundation part, it is a frame structure rested and fixed by suppressing the range of motion of the thoraco-lumbo-sacral, and is connected to the orthosis foundation part through an attaching/detaching structure part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本来であれば硬性装具と軟性装具の双方使用を用いるべきである脊椎病変に対して、現実には双方を製作することは難しく、最善の療法が適用されない事例が頻出していた。【解決手段】 胸腰仙椎部の全体あるいは一部に対して適用される(ハイブリッド型)体幹装具であって、体腔軟部組織に圧迫を加える装具基礎部、及びアタッチメント部とにより構成されており、該アタッチメント部は、該装具基礎部表面に設置され、胸腰仙椎の可動域を抑えることで安静固定を図るフレーム構造体であり、該装具基礎部と着脱構造部を介して連結されたもの。【選択図】 図1
