The present invention, with respect to a structure of a suture thread for suturing an area from which hair, which is to be transplanted, is collected after collecting the hair, comprises: a suture thread (10) to which a needle (11) suturing a scalp is connected and a thread for a loop (20) which is tied on the other end of the suture thread (10) and sutured with the sutured area when suturing the scalp with the needle (11). A method for suturing with the suture thread of the present invention comprises: a first step for tying the thread for a loop (20) on the other end of the suture thread (10) to which the needle (11) suturing a scalp is connected a second step for positioning the thread for a loop (20) between a torn scalp after collecting hair and then suturing the scalp with the thread for a loop (20) using the needle (11) and a third step for removing the suturing thread (10) by cutting the same with scissors while lifting the thread for a loop (20) when removing the suturing thread (10).
