The health food composition may be in a form of one or more selected from a pill, granules, a soft capsule agent, a hard capsule agent, syrup, a beverage, a soft extract, a dry extract, a double boiled liquid, and an extracted double boiled liquid. The extract may be extracted by water, an organic solvent, or a mixture thereof. The organic solvent may be an alcoholic solvent of carbon number 1-4.
