The present invention relates to IL-15 heterodimeric proteins and their uses and also to IL-15 / IL-15R [alpha] heterodimeric proteins. The IL-15 heterodimeric protein comprises protein (I) and protein (II), wherein protein (I) is formed by reconstruction between IL-15 or a variant thereof and a first Fc variant； The protein (II) is a second Fc variant or is formed by a reconstruction between the IL-15Ra or a variant thereof and a second Fc variant. The first Fc variant and the second Fc variant are linked in the "knob-in-the-hole" manner. The IL-15 heterodimer protein of the present invention has a clear tumor suppressive activity, a better bioactivity and a longer in vivo half-life compared to the single IL-15 molecule.본 발명은 IL-15 이종 이량체 단백질 및 그의 용도와, 또한, IL-15/IL-15Rα 이종 이량체 단백질에 관한 것이다.
