The present invention relates to a frame configured to allow the performance of treatments on a person in reclined position, comprising: a tilting assembly configured to allow the pivoting of a wheelchair between a receiving position and a working position； a stationary structure (5) acting as a support for the tilting assembly configured to be arranged on the floor； a motorised pivoting mechanism configured to allow the pivoting of the tilting assembly； and a manual backup mechanism (7) coupled with the motorised pivoting mechanism in order to provide the pivoting of the tilting assembly between the working position thereof and the receiving position thereof in the event of a failure or malfunction of the motorised pivoting mechanism； the manual backup mechanism (7) and the motorised pivoting mechanism being arranged in a serial configuration between the tilting assembly and the stationary structure (5).La présente invention concerne un châssis configuré pour permettre la réalisation de soins à la personne en position inclinée, comprenant : • un ensemble basculant configuré pour permettre le pivotement d'un fauteuil entre une position d'accueil et une position de travail, • une structure fixe (5) servant de support à l'ensemble basculant configurée pour être disposée au sol, • un mécanisme motorisé de pivotement configuré pour permettre le pivotement de l'ensemble basculant, et • un mécanisme de secours manuel (7) couplé au mécanisme motorisé de pivotement pour assurer le pivotement de l'ensemble basculant entre sa position de travail et sa position d'accueil en cas de défaillance ou de dysfonctionnement du mécanisme motorisé de pivotement, • le mécanisme de secours manuel (7) et le mécanisme motorisé de pivotement étant disposés selon une configuration en série entre l'ensemble basculant et la structure fixe (5).
