PURPOSE: A luminous netting system and a floating body including the same for fishing are provided to conspicuously enhance the lighting efficiency for fishing by minimizing the extinguished light with directly irradiating lamp of underwater net. CONSTITUTION: A luminous netting system for fishing (100) comprises: a net wire which includes a vertical direction net wire (40b) and a horizontal direction net wire (40a)； a light-emitting body which is equipped on the cross point of the horizontal direction net wire and the vertical direction net wire or a connection line which connects each cross points which are different with each other； a power source storage (70) which stores a power source to supply to the light-emitting body； a control unit (90) which controls the electric power supply to the light-emitting body with connecting to the light-emitting body and the power source system. The light-emitting body which is equipped on the connection line is formed with an optical fiber pipe (50) which covers the net wire.
