The present invention relates to an infrared surface sterilizing device. More specifically, the present invention includes: a touch screen placed in the upper part of a display panel； a transparent plate placed between the display panel and a touch screen, and including a plurality of pattern reflecting parts； and a light emitting diode (LED) bar placed in a side of the transparent plate to emit light to the plate. As the light emitted from the LED bar goes in the transparent plate and is reflected by the pattern reflecting parts to be emitted to the upper part of the touch screen, the present invention is capable of simply performing sterilization without gradual operations without affecting a screen of the display panel.본 발명은 자외선 표면 살균장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 배치되는 터치스크린, 상기 디스플레이 패널과 터치스크린의 사이에 배치되며, 다수의 반사 패턴부가 형성되는 투명 플레이트 및 상기 투명 플레이트의 일측에 배치되어 투명 플레이트로 빛을 방사하는 LED(Light Emitting Diode)-바를 포함하며, 상기 LED-바로부터 방사된 빛은 투명 플레이트 내부에서 진행하다가 다수의 반사 패턴부에 의해 전반사되어 터치스크린의 상측으로 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 디스플레이 패널의 표시 화면에 영향을 미치지 않으며 계적인 동작 없이 간단하게 살균 작동을 할 수 있는 자외선 표면 살균 장치에 관한 것이다.
