According to the present invention, provided is a circulation type fish and shellfish farming system having an alga culture tank, wherein the fish and shellfish farming system has an alga culture unit composed of the alga culture tank in which algae are cultured, and which is connected to a farming tank in which fishes and shellfishes are bred. Therefore, contaminated water containing nutrient salts such as nitrates and phosphates which are produced from the farming tank, is removed by the algae, a discharge unit for discharging cultured algae and algal plaque to the outside is formed in lower portions of all sorts of water tanks to consume feed consumed for breeding fishes and shellfishes, and oxygen is naturally supplied into the farming tanks due to growth of algae cultured in the alga culture tank.
