[Problem] To provide a compounding information administration system, a compounding information administration method, a compounding information administration program, and a computer-readable recording medium whereupon the compounding information administration program is recorded, whereby it is possible to improve workability when inputting a human incident by a user. [Solution] A prescription information display unit (D33) which displays prescription information relating to a prescription of a medicinal drug which is accumulated and stored in a prescription information storage means, and an incident input unit (D34)for arbitrarily inputting information of an incident relating to a compound of the medicinal drug, are displayed on the same screen of a display means, and the information of the incident which is inputted in the incident input unit (D34) is transmitted to a server device.La présente invention a pour objet la fourniture d'un système de gestion d'informations sur un composé, d'un procédé de gestion d'informations sur un composé, d'un programme de gestion d'informations sur un composé, et d'un support d'enregistrement lisible par ordinateur sur lequel est enregistré le programme de gestion d'informations sur un composé, permettant d'améliorer la facilité d'utilisation lors de l'entrée d'un accident de personne par un utilisateur.
