IN PARTICULAR, DEXTROMETHORPHAN ACTS SYNERGISTICALLY WITH A CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKER, SUCH AS AMLODIPINE, TO RESULT IN A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSION, WITH NO OR LITTLE ADVERSE EFFECTS.
