PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange patients in such a manner that medical staffs incidentally respond to a patient who makes a non-urgent call.SOLUTION: A frequency of normal calls that a display device 20 for nurse call informs of by sounds and a frequency of non-urgent calls that lights 10 in a hallway visually inform of are added for each patient, and a distance from a nurse station to a sick bed is set for each patient. When the distance of the patient with the total calls of a prescribed frequency or more and the normal calls of a first prescribed rate or more is a first prescribed value or more, or the distance of the patient with total calls being a prescribed frequency or more and non-urgent calls of a second prescribed rate or more is a second prescribed value or less, a display part 26 displays that the sick bed is arranged inappropriately. Consequently, the patient who highly tends to make normal calls is arranged in the sick bed that is far from the nurse station, or the patient who highly tends to make non-urgent calls is arranged in a sick bed that is close to the nurse station.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】不急の呼び出しを行った患者に対して医療従事者がついでに対応し易くするように患者を配置できる。【解決手段】ナースコール用表示装置20が音声で報知する通常の呼び出し回数と廊下灯10が視覚で報知する不急の呼び出し回数とを患者毎に集計し、ナースステーションから病床までの距離を患者毎に設定する。全体の呼び出し回数が所定の回数以上で、通常の呼び出しの割合が第一の所定の割合以上である患者の距離が第一の所定値以上である場合または全体の呼び出し回数が所定の回数以上で、不急の呼び出しの割合が第二の所定の割合以上である患者の距離が第二の所定値以下である場合に、表示部26は病床が適切ではないことを表示する。これにより、通常の呼び出しを行う傾向が高い患者の病床をナースステーションから遠い病床に配置したり不急の呼び出しを行う傾向が高い患者の病床をナースステーションの近くの病床に配置したりすることができる。【選択図】 図1
