PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirming details of a doctors medical examination at the time of prescribing a medicine.SOLUTION: A doctor terminal 1 outputs prescription data including medical examination identification information for identifying a medical examination and medicine information for indicating a medicine prescribed at the medical examination and sends speech information of the speech recorded at the medical examination and the medical examination identification information. A pharmacy terminal 2 is provided with a printer 3a for issuing a medicine case 5 where the medical examination identification information included in the outputted prescription data is recorded.
