PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation capable of releasing bacteria such as bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacterium in an appropriate site in the area ranging from the small intestine to the large intestine.SOLUTION: In a dry-coated tablet formulation consisting of a center tablet and an outer layer formed around the center tablet, the center tablet includes bifidobacterium, and a chitosan film is applied to the surface of the center tablet. A hard capsule formulation is filled with a tablet including the bifidobacterium and in which a chitosan film is applied to the surface.
