A quick-release device for a tractor PTO shaft includes a first plate with a first body with a first thickness between a first surface and a second surface, a plurality of openings extending through the first thickness of the first body, and at least one locking hole extending through the first thickness of the first body； a second plate with a second body having a second thickness between a third surface and a fourth surface, a plurality of connectors extending from the third surface of the second body, the plurality of connectors configured to removably engage with the plurality of openings； a locking pin configured to secure the first plate and the second plate via the at least one locking hole； a housing secured to the first plate and configured to engage with the tractor PTO shaft； and an implement spline extending from the fourth surface of the second plate, the implement spline configured to removably engage with an implement.
