The present invention relates to a fixed dose pharmaceutical composition comprising mometasone and azelastine. Particularly, the present invention provides a stable fixed dose pharmaceutical composition in the form of a nasal spray comprising mometasone or its salt and azelastine or its salt； a process for preparing such composition； and its use in treatment of rhinitis in a subject.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique à dose fixe comprenant mométasone et azélastine.
