PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel diagnostic compound of diseases associated with vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM) expression, to provide a preparation method of the same, and to provide a use of the same in medical imaging.SOLUTION: There is provided a Signal-Link-Peptide that is a peptide comprising VCAM-targeting peptide, the VCAM-targeting peptide being: a compound selected from the group consisting of following peptides a)X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7-X8-X9, preferably the peptide NNSKSHT, or b)X10-X11-X12-X13-X14-X15-X16-X17-X18, preferably the peptide CMKTDTRLC, and functional equivalents of the peptides； and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound a) or b). Furthermore, in the compound, Signal is a chelate that may or may not be coupled to a paramagnetic metal, radionuclide, and the radionuclide for PET imaging is Ga68.【課題】血管細胞接着分子－１（ＶＣＡＭ）発現に関係する疾病を診断するための新規化合物、その調製方法、及び医療用イメージングにおけるその使用の提供。【解決手段】Ｓｉｇｎａｌ－Ｌｉｎｋ－Ｐｅｐｔｉｄｅであって、ＶＣＡＭ標的ペプチドを含むペプチドであり、前記ＶＣＡＭ標的ペプチドは、以下のペプチド：ａ）Ｘ１－Ｘ２－Ｘ３－Ｘ４－Ｘ５－Ｘ６－Ｘ７－Ｘ８－Ｘ９、好ましくは、ペプチドＮＮＳＫＳＨＴというペプチド；又は、ｂ）Ｘ１０－Ｘ１１－Ｘ１２－Ｘ１３－Ｘ１４－Ｘ１５－Ｘ１６－Ｘ１７－Ｘ１８、好ましくは、ペプチドＣＭＫＴＤＴＲＬＣ、及びその機能的等価物から選択される化合物、及び化合物ａ）又はｂ）の薬学的に許容される塩。更に、Ｓｉｇｎａｌが、常磁性金属、放射性核種にカップリングされていてもいなくてもよいキレート、ＰＥＴイメージング用の放射性核種がＧａ６８である化合物。【選択図】なし
