The present invention relates to a liquid infant formula composition having excellent production efficiency, phase reliability, stability over time, and microbiological stability, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the liquid infant formula composition includes a process of manufacturing a concentrated and mixed liquid as a semi-product to have excellent production efficiency by reducing utility, the time, and the like in comparison with a process of batch-manufacturing a finished product which is initially diluted. In addition, the liquid infant formula composition according to the present invention, has excellent phase reliability and stability over time according to emulsification and dispersion stability, and has excellent microbiological stability through ultra high temperature short time sterilization (UHT), and the like. In addition, a liquid infant formula product according to the present invention allows a user to conveniently breast-feed by using a plastic container in a direct combining method with a nipple.본 발명은 생산 효율, 상 안정성, 경시 안정성, 및 미생물 안전성이 우수한 액상 조제유 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액상 조제유 조성물의 제조방법은 농축 배합액을 반제품으로 제조하는 공정을 가짐으로써, 초기부터 희석된 완제품으로 일괄 제조하는 공정에 비해 필요한 유틸리티, 시간 등을 저감하여 생산 효율이 우수하다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 액상 조제유 조성물은 유화 및 분산 안정화에 따라 상 안정성 및 경시 안정성이 우수하며, 초고온단시간멸균처리(UHT) 등을 통하여 미생물 안전성이 우수하다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 액상 조제유 제품은 젖꼭지와 직접 체결 방식의 플라스틱 용기를 사용함으로써 수유가 간편하다.
